Go Ahead and ask yourself... Do I need a VA?

So, you might be a tradie, or run a small business and you are talented at what you do.

 

How many days though, do you get to the end of the day and realise that you still have more work to do. The paperwork, or you didn’t get a chance to update your Social Media accounts because, you we’re just too busy doing what you are great at!

 

I’ve heard if time and time again, from those whom I now work very closely with – They need their time spent doing what their business is all about, but the constant backlog of work just gets worse.

 

Some I’ve dealt with have given thought about hiring staff, but then they start to realise, the amount of work that is involved in that, because put simply, if you are a small business owner, when on earth are you going to get time to sit there and do the payroll, work out super, and then what if they want holidays, who will help you then?

 

It often doesn’t take long once I start talking to people why there are so many benefits you get out of hiring a Virtual Assistant. Not just because you get the work done you haven’t been able to. But because you don’t have to worry about payroll, holiday’s, sick leave, super. You just worry about paying an invoice. That’s it, just one invoice.

 

And some may think, but a VA works from home, how do I know that they are getting the work done, or doing right for that matter? We are business owners too remember? So I want to make sure that you get the best service possible, because then my reputation wouldn’t be looking all that great if I didn’t do what I promise now would it?

 

Whilst the hesitation of hiring a VA is to be expected, in the long run, you will not only benefit from having someone on your side who is there to help you achieve the best you can in your business and take the stress away, but you are able to save money that can be put back into your business to help it grow for the future.

 

I like to make sure all my customers are happy, that the work I do for them is better than they expect, because to build a long sustainable business relationship is my end goal! I want to make sure you stay in business as long as you can, which in turn means I get to do what I love doing and help as many businesses out there as possible achieve their full potential.
